Upon reception of your payment, we will send you a voucher to pick your ticket from the nearest Air Mandalay office
VALIDITY All tickets have a validity of one year from date of issue unless otherwise stated such as in case of promotional fares. 
CHANGES FEES GROUP
An administrative charge of 2 US$ is applicable for each name, flight , sector change. 

After the day of ticket issue, charge for each change will be 10 US$. 

INDIVIDUAL
An administrative charge of 5 US$ is applicable for each name, flight change. 

An administrative charge of 10 US$ is applicable for sector change. 

Or after date of departure, 25% will be refund. 
 
CANCELLATION FEES GROUP
Refunds are applicable on the condition that cancellation of confirmed seat have been made more than 3 days before date of departure. 

Cancellation of confirmed seat after departure of group will not be considered for refunds.

INDIVIDUAL
No refund shall be made on promotional fare tickets after tickets issue.

BOOKING CANCELLATION CHARGE : 

All bookings which must be confirmed 21 days before departure. 
TIME FRAME REQUIREMENTS
Between 16 to 21 days prior to departure
25% cancellation fee on total ticket fare for any cancellation
Between 08 to 15 days prior to departure
35% cancellation fee on total ticket fare for any cancellation
07 days or less prior to departure
50% cancellation fee on total ticket fare for any cancellation
Note : ticket cancellation charges : - 25% deduct on total ticket fares.
